May:CANCELLED DOC HAMMILL workshop 12th- 16th, we are very pleased to have Doc returning for another great workshop this year. If you missed this last year make sure to make your reservations now for this year. There will be 12 hands-on spots this year for $650, this includes 1 free auditer spot as well as 4 full days of hands-on learning from not one, but two of the greatest horsemen/teamsters around. 2010 Potluck Christmas party

Join us for our annual Potluck Christmas Party on Sunday December 12th from 1:00 to 4:00 at F&M Construction. The address is 479 Wolverine Drive in Bayfield. We will have a money tree benefitting the The Navajo Ministries, any amount is welcome.

Don't forget to bring your horses/mules and wagons. They want to have fun too.

As you already know the FCDHMCA has the best cooks of any club around, and you're not going to want to miss this! Dress warmly, pray for snow, and come prepared for fun!

September Meeting

We will be having our September meeting on the 12th at the Old Fort Lewis Library at 1pm. We should have more information on our future at Old Fort Lewis at this time. We will also be discussing upcoming events.

Cascade Lodge October 8th -11th

Join us for a great time, with great food, great company and for great fun with your hooved friends!You can also join us without horses, just come along for a good time.

Cascade is a beautiful lodge north of Durango with lots of gravel roads for riding and driving. This is a great time of year to see the fall colors. The cost is $25 a day per person which includes room and board. As with anything involving the club, the food is always great. If you have special dietary needs contact Sandy Cooper @ 426-4161. Heritage Days Bayfield, Sept 24th-26th

Come join us for the Heritage Days Parade and play day on Sept 25th.Once again The Bar D Wranglers will be starting off Heritage Days Friday night with a chili dinner. The parade will start at 10am Sat the 25th then will be followed by our play day at Joe Stephenson Park at the arena. Come and join the fun!
